condition there are times we can each benefit from the soothing
relief and gentle comfort of hydrotherapy.

Crystal Clear Water
Our Spa provides crystal clear water by providing balanced
filtration and ozone. Water is drawn into this system from
both the upper and lower skimmers. The high velocity skimmer
draws water into the filter system to capture surface particles.
Our filter system removes particles that would pass through
an ordinary filter. 100% Filtration means every drops of water
is filtered before reaching the filtration pump. The water
in our spa is filtered and treated with ozone 4 to 6 times
an hour.
Massage Where It Matters
Zone 1: Suboccipital
Tension and trigger points in many muscles where the neck
meets the back of the head is a common cause of aching neck
soreness and headache. The comfort collar gently cradles your
head while targeting this area with an optimally positioned
array of cyclone jets to provide the ultimate in soothing
relief.
Zone 2: Trapezius
Tension and muscular trigger points in this region can contribute
to a feeling of heaviness and pain across the shoulders, shoulder
blades, upper back and neck as well as the jaw and ears. Clusters
of cyclone Jets target these sensitive areas to provide an
improvement in blood circulation and gently dissolve away
heaviness.
Zone 3: Para spinal
Increased tension in the back muscles on either side of the
spine can be linked to many medical disorders. Pain felt in
the rib cage and chest can also be related to trigger points
found in these muscles. An effective combination of Jets provide
soothing stimulation to overworked muscles in the area for
incredible body relaxation.
Zone 4: Lumbo sacral
Aching lower back is something most of us will experience
at some point in our lives. Back pain is linked to excess
tension and muscular trigger points in the lower back. The
Jets provide an invigorating massage to the lower back to
loosen you knots of tension and bring relaxing relief.
Zone 5: Gluteal
May of us spend fat to much time sitting. This can lead to
increased tension and crate muscular trigger points surrounding
the hips and upper thighs. Tension in these muscles can lead
to pain in the buttocks, thigh and lower back. Cyclone Jets,
smartly positioned at the sides of the seat, bring you a penetrating
and stimulating massage to dissolve muscle tension.
Zone 6: Feet
Many important nerve endings in the feet connect to all parts
of your body. Sore and tired feet can affect how we feel all
over. Invigorating streams of water target both the upper
and lower parts of the feet to provide relaxation and rejuvenation
throughout the body.

room is fitted for maximum comfort with all amenities you
desire. Mount Lehman is on a higher elevation in comparison
to Abbotsford, and as a result the air is clear. Tourism BC

We feature an organic garden, with fresh produce to our table
in season, an orchard where we cultivate apples, pears, and
grapes. Our Chickens lay delicious eggs. Horse back riding
is available at the next door premises.

The 9500.–sq feet residence offers a movie theatre,
exercise facilities, the use of the library, with easy access
to the outdoors, where a European style patio connects to
the sauna building, the swimming pool and the whirlpool. This
is where you find easy chairs which recline, with umbrella’s
for shade if so desired.
Our staff is dedicated to your comfort. The outdoor aspect
of our Spa Resort promotes relaxation. Whether you just want
to relax at our 10 acre facility and enjoy the whirlpool,
salt water swimming pool, both free of chemicals, the sauna’s,
relax in the gardens, trails or at the pond watching the koi
